The artist erases the 'face'—the most essential marker of identity—and fills the resulting void with the vitality of nature. The blue cacti blooming over the restrained silhouettes of figures in black, the golden birds taking flight in place of a gaze, and the ginkgo leaves veiling expressions are far more than mere ornamentation. They represent the indefinable landscapes of the inner self and the waves of multifaceted emotions hidden behind anonymity. In NIKI's work, the viewer experiences not a sense of loss from the absent face, but an expansion of thought through the natural forms that have taken its place. Her recent collaborations, expanding across lifestyle domains such as musicians and cafes, demonstrate how art permeates into daily spaces beyond the canvas, proving how the "lyricism of anonymity" constructed by the artist resonates with the public.
