도심의 붉은 석양과 보랏빛 하늘 아래, 케이크처럼 보이는 2층 구조의 카페 내부가 단면도로 펼쳐지고 그 안에서 사람들과 강아지들이 각자의 자리에서 조용한 시간을 보낸다. 작가는 퇴근길의 고단함과 쓸쓸함을 달콤한 색채와 유머러스한 설정으로 감싸며, 잠시 머물러 감정을 소화하는 ‘블루 아워’의 쉼터를 제안한다.
